Timeframe and format

Sessions are face to face or remotely via secure telehealth for a duration of 50 minutes or more depending on the type of appointment and your needs.  If you have any particular needs or requirements please let Hannah know and she will do her best to accommodate these. 

How many session will you have?

Assessments will require a number of sessions which will be discussed in advance. Reports will be charged on an hourly basis and an estimate will also be provided before work is begun.  Hannah will discuss with you the likely length of the therapy before it begins. Clients receiving treatment will have some initial sessions with review. These are usually scheduled on a weekly basis or at a frequency agreed between Hannah and the client.

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes of appointments should be done as early as possible to avoid unnecessary inconvenience or cancellation charges. If you miss an appointment or cancel less than 24hrs before, or one working day prior to your scheduled time you may be charged 50% of the session fee. Very occasionally an emergency situation arises for the psychologist and it may be necessary to change an appointment with you.  In this case, every effort will be made to contact you at the earliest possible time. 

Payment

Online payment is preferred. Internet banking details will be provided in person or via emailed invoice. Please ask if you require a GST receipt.

Fee: $233 excluding GST (as of 1st August 2024) per 50 min session. No charge or a partial charge may apply depending on the funding support. This will be discussed and agreed to prior to commitment of the first session.
